Straight from Sichuan province, Malatang, known as street food, is the Sichuan way of HOTPOT. Just like in Sichu Malatang, locals get to pick the ingredients they want, add it to their bowl and have it cooked. After a few minutes you’ll get a steaming bowl of tongue numbing “Mala” soup.
